For your Valentine’s Day dinner, the Executive Chef of the Royal Hotel Sanremo has come up with a special menu:

Raw prawn cocktail with begonia mayonnaise and salad of flowers
Ravioli filled with artichoke and Mendatica ricotta with Marzuolo truffle
Codfish morro confit in a 99% dark chocolate crust
“Sweet hearts” dessert

Rates: for guest not staying at the hotel € 90,00 per person. 4 course dinner, beverages excluded.

Total relaxation, room with breathtaking sea view, excellent and extremely varied breakfast, courtesy of all staff, no one excluded, pool managed very well and welcoming and caring staff. Great location also for short walks. Though the hotel was full, the standard was not affected.
